We worked closely with the architects to upgrade the front entry with a shade structure, welcoming forecourt and new pavement. We upgraded the courtyards to allow residents to spend time outside with their friends and family. The courtyards include seating areas, shelters, arbours, gardening opportunities, activity areas and a Bocce court that complies with accessibility requirements. Each courtyard has its own identity and functional design to facilitate easy management.

Our design provides accessible paths throughout including connections between courtyards. We considered visibility from the inside common rooms to encourage active and passive engagement with the outdoor spaces.
