Landscape design plans prepared by Thomson Hay Landscape Architects include entry fencing treatment, multi-use paths, wetlands with water sensitive urban design features, remnant vegetation protection and indigenous aquatic and riparian planting. A children’s playground that includes both constructed and natural play elements is located centrally within the estate.
